What is Deen by Letters?

Deen by Letters is a 'slow living' initiative designed to help you reconnect with the Quran, away from digital distractions.

We believe that faith is best absorbed slowly. That’s why we created a monthly subscription that functions as a physical pause button. Every month, we send a curated envelope directly to your door, guiding you through the Quran one chapter at a time, starting with Surah Al-Fatiha - helping you build a consistent, meaningful habit of reflection.

What's included in my envelope?

Your subscription is a guided journey through the Quran, chapter by chapter. We start at the very beginning with Surah Al-Fatiha and progress through the Book, one month at a time.

While the specific contents change each month to fit the theme, every envelope is curated to help you learn and reflect. You can expect a deep-dive letter on the Surah, accompanied by creative keepsakes, visual reminders, or sensory gifts designed to bring that chapter to life.

Do I need to be able to read Arabic to benefit?

Not at all. Our goal is to make the Quran accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of Arabic. All Arabic verses included in the letters or art prints are accompanied by clear English translations and transliterations, so you can read, understand, and reflect with ease.

Is this suitable for beginners or reverts?

Absolutely. We design every letter to be a welcoming entry point. We avoid heavy jargon and focus on the core messages, heart-centered reflections, and practical life lessons of each Surah. Whether you are new to the Quran or revisiting it, you will find depth and comfort in the content.

Can I choose which Surah I receive?

To maintain the feeling of a shared community journey, everyone receives the same Surah each month. We are walking through the Quran in order, starting from Al-Fatiha. This allows us all to reflect on the same themes simultaneously, creating a collective moment of pause.

Can I buy specific Surahs or past envelopes?

Yes! While our monthly subscription moves through the Quran in a set order to keep us all on the same page, we keep a limited stock of previous months in our Archive.

If you are looking for a specific Surah or want to fill a gap in your collection, you can purchase them individually.

Delivery: To make shipping easier for you, simply order from the Archive before the 15th, and we will ship it alongside your next scheduled monthly envelope.

About your subscription

When will I receive my letter?

If you signed up on or before the 15th of each month you will receive this month's dispatch.

If you signed up after the 15th of the month (i.e. 16th and onwards) then you will receive next months dispatch.

When will payment be taken? 

You will be billed on the same day of each month (the same day you signed up). 

My mail has not come

All subscriptions are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Please allow a little extra time for the post to arrive. If your envelope has not been delivered by the end of the current month, please email us at contact@deenbyletters.com so we can rectify this for you.

How can I cancel?

You are free to cancel at any time, with no hidden costs. Simply send a quick email to contact@deenbyletters.com, and we will take care of the rest for you immediately.
